    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Hub Admin with English language.

    Requirements:

    - 1 year experience on back office, secretary, customer, etc;
    - University degree;
    - Fluency in English;
    - Excellent communication skills;
    - Clear and concise communication;
    - Organized and pro-active attitude;
    - High level of accuracy, attention to details.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - L5 meetings: Plan rooms; send agenda 2 days in advance + update it with inputs; prepare meeting minutes; keep the timing/priority during the meeting;
    - Hub visits: Overall coordination of any L2/L3/L4 hub visit; agenda; reservations;
    - Central administration of seats & communication to GRE: Gather seats forecast & send it to GRE monthly; coordinate CSO reshuffles;
    - Central administration of the CSO hub mgmt. SharePoint & all the subsequent Documents;
    - Track & follow up on actions & initiatives initiated by L5s;
    - Representing CSO in some hub-wide committees: Handicap funds; EHS; other projects;
    - Support for L5 activities.
