Junior Security Administrator

Service-now administration : Application access Catalog items; Approvers in workflows; Create simple workflows
Manage ePO (McAfee) console: administer ePO console; End client and server scope; requests and incidents resolving; weekly & monthly reporting.
Optimize processes around antivirus / malware administration with internal and external counterparts (. Governance, L3 support).
Responsible of implementing and testing on product updates
Security checks (manual or automatic) on a weekly and monthly basis.
Tracking of delivery of testing done by super users/users/BST (track whether testing was done according to plan).
Recurring monitoring activities on system status (run existing checklists and report on any findings)
SLA / OLA reporting: volume reporting (ticket/incidents/etc...), content reporting.

Technical requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Security administration in a large scale organization.
Experience in managing global security projects.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and framework (. ITIL v3 certification) preferable.
Security certifications are preferable.
Service-Now product experience configuration it would be a plus.
