University degree in law
2+ years Legal background mainly focused on commercial contracts within a large company (multinational one preferred)
Excellent command of English (Fluency in other language is a plus)
Analytical thinking, strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail, organized, flexible
Ability to act on his or her own initiative, applying good judgement
Confident and comfortable in decision making
Ability to advise and counsel the Global Procurement team on legal issues
Cross-cultural teamwork

Responsible for supporting the Global Procurement Team with respect to a broad range of legal matters;
Draft, structure and negotiate various supplier furnished contracts in accordance with standards established by the Temenos legal team, in particular with emphasis on Data protection and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), to mitigate any potential risks;
Support New Supplier Assessments with emphasis on Data Privacy and contractual clauses;
Perform research on contractual terms and conditions or other regulations and coordinate with the Temenos Legal Department on drafting/revising contract templates for different procurement categories;
Review, draft and impose amendments to existing supplier contracts in accordance with standards established by the Temenos legal team with emphasis on Data protection and CSR to reduce any potential risks with our suppliers;
Assist with due diligence exercises and reviews on suppliers (including where applicable interaction with the Temenos legal team on issues such as AML, Sanctions etc.)u will be responsible for tracking and monitoring supplier contract changes, maintaining associated documentation in the procurement contracts records keeping;
Provide support as and when required, take part in different projects;
Support continuous process improvements and ICS controls;
