Job summary
• Customer consulting and implementation of our logistics solutions
• Contact person for customers regarding all specialised matters
• Execution of analysis phase (analysis of customer requirements, solution development in coordination with chief engineers, coordination of solutions with customers)
• Conducting and moderating of workshops
• Analyses of processes
• Customer advice (logistics/processes/change, each within the project context)
• Clarification of standard functionalities
• Sales support
• Consulting regarding logistics, organization and change management
• Creating of product requirement specifications and functional specifications
• Definition and coordination of implementation process
• Parameterization of WAMAS application, warehouse modelling
• Planning and execution of interface and function tests
• Creating of customer-specific training material and documentation
• System installation, training, assistance in fully running operations
Education
• Solid technical education (Technical University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) and/or business administration qualification (BA degree from either the University or a University of Applied Sciences)
• Or: adequate experience in logistics/software/IT-projects
Requested skills and qualifications
• IT knowledge
• Logistics skills
• Hardware knowledge (server, periphery, networks)
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of process management
• Data base skills (SQL)
• MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
• Basic knowledge in economics
• Communicative personality with good rhetorical skills
• Stress tolerance
• Analytical understanding
• High willingness to travel
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English as minimum requirement)
