Matching profiles with Job description during research activity
Cold calling is the key.
Maintain a close relationship with candidates
Create a valuable pipeline of candidates for recurrent processes
Provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process
Schedule interviews and offers support in the recruitment projects
