Very good level of English; the fluency in other language will be a real asset
Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will be working with the best recruitment tools.
You will work close to recruiters and hiring managers.
Identify candidates (such as social media, talent acquisition campaigns, Boolean search).
Matching profiles with Job description during research activity
Cold calling is the key.
Maintain a close relationship with candidates
Create a valuable pipeline of candidates for recurrent processes
Provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process
Schedule interviews and offers support in the recruitment projects
