Activam de mai bine de 10 ani in domeniul serviciilor de Business Process Outsourcing, avand 2 sedii in Bucuresti si Valcea.
Gestionam proiecte in 7 limbi de circulatie internationala pentru companii de top ce activeaza in diferite industrii (pharma, retail, telecomunicatii, banking, IT, auto, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Advanced knowledge of english and medium german language.
• Logical thinker;
• Up-to-date technical knowledge;
• Ability to deal with difficult callers;
• An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers are using;
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills;
• Good accurate records keeping;
Some tasks you may be involved in include:
• Working with customers to identify computer problems and advising on the solution;
• Logging and keeping records of customer queries;
• Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems;
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves.
