    Responsabilitati

    -Preluarea apelurilor telefonice ale clientilor, identificarea problemelor acestora si gasirea de solutii corespunzatoare;
    -Oferirea de informatii solicitate de catre clienti referitor la serviciile si produsele specific comercializate ( extrase de cont, modalitati de plata, sume de plata etc);
    -Intreprinderea de actiuni ulterioare privitoare la problemele nerezolvate in timpul apelului;
    -Rezolvarea prompta si intr-un mod profesionist a solicitarilor clientilor ( de inchidere cont, de majorari limite card de credit etc.);
    -Inregistrarea si solutionarea cererilor scrise receptionate de la clienti ( prin fax, posta sau e-mail ) ;
    -Comunicarea in scris cu clientii in vederea oferirii informatiilor solicitate;
    -Interactionarea cu clientii intr-o maniera profesionala si politicoasa;
    -Oferirea de feedback continuu superiorilor privind orice situatie aparuta, in vederea luarii de masuri pentru satisfactia deplina a clientilor.
