    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
    • 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, knowledge of Oracle is a plus
    • Outlook skills required
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical approach
    • Able to set priorities and complete multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required

    Responsibilities

    Update and maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) in Oracle
    Supports Contract Compliance
    Generate Royalty reports to determine payment requirements
    Create payment advice in Excel for all vendors
    Create payment request form by vendor for submission to Accounts payable
    Preparation of monthly cash forecasts
    Preparation of monthly royalty account reconciliations
    • Support the preparation of CFO quarterly report package
    • Support the Quarterly Balance Sheet and Income Statement Flux analysis
    • Support audits and preparation of annual schedules
    • Ensure compliance with company policies including Sarbanes Oxley regulations and other internal controls
    • Create and adhere to PTC’s policies and procedures
