• Experience in Accounts Payable Processing or similar tasks
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, flexible
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a focus on customer service
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
• Strong problem solving, documentation, research, and data analysis skills
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Knowledge of English; other languages are a plus e.g. French, Italian, Spanish
• Experience in Oracle and Microsoft Office are preferred

• Process employee expense reports within PTC’s ERP system (Oracle)
• Respond to employee telephone and email inquiries
• Audit expense reports prior to release for payment
• Familiarity with SOX regulations
• Interface with various departments within PTC
