    Requirements

    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Good in CRM software (SalesForce) and ERP (Oracle)
    • Excellent French and English skills
    • Must be goal oriented
    • Positive and patient
    • Follows written and oral instructions/direction
    • Ability to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment

    Responsibilities

    • Lead role on executing day-to-day expectations
    • Perform general Consulting and Training services activities
    • Daily management of order booking, revenue and invoicing for Consulting and Training Services
    • Assist external and internal customers by answering questions and developing relationships
    • Participate on problems resolution in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with our internal and external customers and partners
    • Provide feedback to Management about Consulting and Training set up processes
    • Supports existing and new business opportunities and partners with cross functional teams to ensure the flawless or order booking, revenue and invoicing
    • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
    • Keen task prioritization and follow-up skills
    • Provides quality service to increase customer satisfaction
