    Requirements

    What you should know/have:

    Advanced level of English (mandatory);
    High level of communication skills (oral and written) and diplomacy;
    Proactive and results oriented;
    Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages;
    The capacity to priorities tasks and work under pressure;
    Ability to liaise well with others;
    Ability to work on your own initiative;
    Attention to details;
    Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;

    Responsibilities

    What will you do:

    Organize all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office;
    Prepare and organize different meetings;
    Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems;
    Handle mail and correspondence (letters, faxes, confidential documents);
    Maintain the relationship with the company’s clients, updates the client database;
    Organize the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
    Keep, archive and update general interest documents;
    Write and deliver reports for senior management;
    Make travel arrangements, reserve hotel accommodation and travel tickets;
    Perform various administrative tasks as assigned;
    Prepare and translate different documents from and to English and French;
