    Requirements

    The Deloitte Audit Delivery Centre (ADC) in Bucharest will support Deloitte audit teams via providing high quality services from a central location.

    This role is positioned with the UK Audit Delivery Centre work stream and is responsible for the supervision of Audit Confirmation Centre. The ability to be an effective relationship manager is key in this role with the candidate being expected to develop and maintain critical relationships with key stakeholders in multiple third party Companies to be able to escalate and feedback improvement information.

    This candidate must be diligent with maintaining management information for senior stakeholders and engagement teams. It is key for this candidate be able to have a high level overview of the process to be able to feedback information quickly as well as understand the detail when dealing with the team.

    This candidate must also be confident with reporting progress of the Centre to the UK and Global practice.

    The Deloitte Audit Delivery Centre is looking for candidates to fill the following position in Bucharest:

    ADC Audit Confirmation Centre Team Leader (Deloitte Audit Delivery Centre)

    The position will be based in Bucharest in the Deloitte Audit Delivery Centre. The primary responsibilities of the Team Leader are detailed below, although this is not an exhaustive list and we expect some evolution of responsibilities as the Centre becomes fully embedded within the Audit service line.

    Requirements:

    • University graduate of any faculty – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
    • Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages will be an asset – particularly German, French, Spanish);
    • Team player who can demonstrate flexibility where required;
    • Experience of leading a team;
    • Strong client service and problem solving orientation;
    • Systematic approach to work and ability to prioritise workload under pressure; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize a large number of tasks, working to tight deadlines;
    • Attention to detail, with a sense of responsibility and delivery of results to tight deadlines;
    • Experience of working in a customer service environment; and
    • An effective relationship manager with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the UK ACC team to ensure team has adequate resources to cover the workload through forecasting staffing needs and resource requirements;
    • Liaise with senior staff (both within the audit teams, ADC teams and external stakeholders) to ensure any potential issues are communicated and effectively mitigated and to liaise with senior staff to assist with tight deadlines or when issues arise;
    • Producing and being able to explain management information reports to stakeholders and other parties;
    • Actively seeking new ideas and areas for improvement; and
    • Work with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to ensure continuous improvement is integrated.
