Flex operation in Timisoara serves customers in the automotive, medical, industrial and networking market sectors, having more than 4000 employees. Our manufacturing capabilities include printed circuit board assembly, new product introduction, box-build and high level system assembly. We also provide a full range of clean room product assembly for medical disposable devices.
Diploma of higher education, preferably in Economics or equivalent experience;
Minimum 2 years of experience in flexible manufacturing processes and systems;
Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, graphic applications) on Windows operating system, global management system ERP-Baan;
Knowledge related to manufacturing processes and systems;
Advanced level of English;
Ability to clearly communicate the individual results to superiors;
Capacity to effectively identify problem sources and possible improvement solutions;
Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures or technical documents and data (numeric, alphanumeric);
Skills to present information and answer questions / pedagogical skills;
Abilities to define problems, collect data, establishing factors and draw correct conclusions;
Capacity to work in a team.
Design, implement and maintain processes performance according to KPIs - ensure the proper functioning of the material team;
Draws up analyses and reports on materials, operation and process compliance; follows up and strives to overcome KPIs, conceives and implements optimization solutions based on system data analysis;
Verifies and investigates the causes and effects of physical and logical errors (in the global management system) - implements measures of prevention;
Contributes to the development, implementation, updating and optimization of software (tools);
Ensures tools’ setting to defined parameters in accordance with the process’ requirements;
Provides primary support to ERP system users - solves occurred problems or submits them to the higher level of support L1, L2, L3;
Trains all new ERP system users or refresh ERP knowledge, where appropriate, through regular training sessions;
Improvement / Development of the systems - takes initiatives to implement new functional processes, finding the best ways of working in efficient use of B2B resources; Implements / Modifies procedures within covered departments and instructs ERP users in order to acquire the new executable processes.
