- Responsible for all taxation matters of the company;
- Supervise, verify and control the timely submission of accurate tax returns (VAT, excise, CIT; local taxes etc.);
- Responsible for transfer price files maintenance regarding all related transactions with related parties;
- Ensure/provide instructions that all relevant supporting documentations requirements are met and documentation is available;
- Direct responsibility in calculation of Company Income Tax Profit (CIT);
- Maintain and develop good relationship with general and local customs’ authorities, fiscal and local authorities;
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of the changes in fiscal legislation and for the information of all interested parties about these changes.
