Technical University education and training courses in the field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality (especially on System area)
Experience in a production plant
Certified as Internal System Auditor
Advanced knowledge of Office, SAP, Lotus Notes
Advanced knowledge of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Knowledge of customer specific requirements
Flexibility and high availability for travelling
Very good abilities of communication, with various management levels and various cultures
Open towards changes
High availability for travelling

Main goal of the job:
Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, at global level, for the Business Unit, in accordance with the IATF 16949 standards, Customer Requirements and MAHLE rules.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the maintenance of the system worlwide
Modifying and improving the system of management (to adapt it to different regions), by improving the current processes and developing new processes, if needed
Improving the Quality Management System of the Business Unit, by conducting internal projects or workshops
Coordinating external system audit at global level and in the central functions of the Business Unit
Developing the process for internal system audit for the Business Unit, globally
Conducting system audits in the Business Unit
Creating efficient metrics for monitoring the activities linked to the system
Maintaining and managing the documentation in the MAHLE Business Processes, Easy DMS and Intranet, at the Business Unit Global level
