    Required Experience:

    - A minimum of 2-3 years’ of corporate recruiting experience
    - Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
    - Evidence of ability to source candidates using traditional and non-traditional search methods
    - Knowledge of current trends in social media sourcing
    - Detail oriented, problem solver, not afraid to tackle high volumes
    - Builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
    - Proactive, accountable and committed, continually focuses on achieving results
    - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
    - Experience working with Applicant Tracking System will be beneficial

    Responsibilities

    …What will you contribute?
    Working as part of the EMEA team, and reporting to the Head of Recruitment EMEA, this role is pivotal in providing a best in class Recruitment services at Finastra.
    In this role you will deliver the timely and smooth recruitment of leading talent into the business.
    This position is based in Bucharest, Romania and supporting Recruitment projects mainly in Romania.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    Your deliverables as Recruitment Partner will include, but are not limited to, the following:
    - Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for Finastra Romania and potential projects in EMEA
    - Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates (including direct search, LinkedIn and employee referrals)
    - Candidate interviewing, phone screening and skill matching
    - Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers / shortlisting
    - Keeping up to date with IT market and recruitment trends
    - Providing training for New Joiners
    - Deliver results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
    - Ensure 100% data accuracy of recruitment database
    - Cooperation with recruitment agencies and managing long-term relations
    - Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the wider HR landscape, as well as with business leaders
    - Participate in key initiatives including (but not limited to) social media, employer branding, and graduate hiring
