Your Mission

This is a new activity that will be transfered to the International Training Team.

As a Training Analyst, you will create and manage availability groups in the MyLearning platform based on data received from the client, Hr Systems or other reports.

Your Role in a Nutshell

• Creates and manages availability groups in the MyLearning platform based on data received from the client/Hr systems/other reports
• Answers questions about the availability groups (level 2 support)
• Identify opportunities to improve the process and their own performance

A little about You

• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS Access
• You have excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English
• You are described by strictness, proactivity, flexibility
• You have organizational skills
• You have team spirit
