    - University Degree;
    - Nice to have: 6 months B2B sales experience;
    - Experience in managing customer portfolio;
    - Experience in customer service;
    - Advanced German and English;
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    - Professional skills and knowledge;
    - Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook);
    - Other skills and knowledge;
    - Oriented towards customer;
    - Organized and able to following plan;
    - Oriented towards results and performance, capable to reach monthly/ annual targets;
    - Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate;
    - Team player and capable to work independently;
    - Adaptable to changes and open-minded;


    - Successfully manage key accounts and close deals to deliver against individual and team sales targets against a specified area of responsibility (e.g. region, key accounts)
    - Proactively calling decision makers to promote Honeywell products
    - Call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and achieve the set sales target
    - Conducts sales calls using agreed methodology
    - Closes business, this will largely be by telephone
    - Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure needs are being met and opportunities are being won/closed
    - Understands the customer’s business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business
    - Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments
    - Identifies and qualify leads from internal and external sources
    - Identifies, build relationship with appropriate decision makers within customers and manage negotiations on deals and price
    - Collaborates closely with field sales whenever high value deals are identified
    - Conducts negotiations with customers and distributors to create competitive price quotations Participate in product, market, commercial and systems training-
    - Identifies general areas for improvements to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline processes, increase sales, improve delivery and product availability etc.
    - Ensures high level communication and account responsibility
    - Provides excellent customer management inclusive of timely communications, responsive follow through and advocacy of customer issues within internal departments
    - Provides performance reports and metrics and other data as required to customers and internally within the organization
    - Provides post-sale support to ensure product delivery and satisfaction
    - Manages contract implementation where appropriate
    - Manage status of shared accounts in and SAP
    - Keeps up to date all his accounts
    - Communicates daily with his customers in order to build strong relationship with his customers to ensure target achievement
    - Responsible with keeping a high level of customer satisfaction
