What we're looking for:
-Experience in buying/sales at least 2 years (would be an asset);
-Good command of English, both written and spoken;
-Analytic, organised and ambitious person able to deliver performance under stress;
-Proven ability to multi-task and operate independently, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
-Familiarity with retail math;
-Computer skills: working with browsers, MS Office ( Excel).
It would be a Plus:
-Extra language (French, Spanish, German, Italian);
-Experience in e-commerce.
Your main responsibilities:
-Support Buyer on executing assortments and sourcing strategies by editing and finalizing vendor spreadsheets before final rollup;
-Responsible for event management which includes event set-up, gathering information, pictures, confirmations of stocks, reservations, sending orders, reception reports;
-Conduct in-depth category market research regarding trends and pricing;
-Participate in meetings, trainings, workshops, continuous professional improvement for better commercial positioning;
-State-of-art usage of Office pack & Vivre's intranet&extranet in order to maximize automatisation and creativity.
