    Responsabilitati


    • Processing and loading price lists in Optima

    • Checking that all products from the database are available in Optima and conducting follow-up for the ones that are not yet available in Optima
    • Checking the promotions that are open and must be closed in Optima
    • Running reports from Promo Planning Tool and sending them to the users who need them

    • Running reports on how much money was generated, planned and paid

    • Checking price differences on customer invoices

    • Running reports from Optima, loading them into another application in order for the IT Volume Report the be extracted
    • Calculating accruals from the end of the fiscal year and sending them for validation
    • Defining and updating PPG(Promo Product Group) in Optima
    • Loading the allocations in SAP and extracting the reports with them
    • Defining and changing the promo plans and funds and contractual funds in Optima
    • Checking that the promotions approved are correct and confirming them if they are
    • Rejecting the promotions if they are incorrect and conducting follow-up with their users to correct them
