Strong experience with service management methodology (e.g. SLA’s, tracking of performance and service quality);
At least 5 years of work experience;
Profound controlling knowledge on Profit &Loss categories;
Highly analytical, accurate and systematic working style;
Intercultural knowledge and sensitivity;
Excellent Business English - written and spoken;
Professional usage of Microsoft suite (especially Excel).
Drive implementation of service management concept in regards to performance management, SLAs/KPIs, dashboards and reporting routines;
Run and continuously develop monthly charging of services in alignment with customers, our central GBS unit in Germany and other involved departments like Accounting and IT;
Maintain and further development general and customer specific Business Contingency Plans;
Support local Controlling on monthly closings, budgeting and forecasting.
