    Skills needed:
    Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing, as well as Engineering with solid business knowledge
    Strong, demonstrated analytical skills
    Advanced Excel knowledge
    Good understanding of HP’s consumer RTM business and distribution models
    Able to see the big picture and have a firm grasp on the details
    Good business acumen, able to bring the story behind the numbers
    Demonstrated teamwork skills
    Demonstrated track record for excellent English written and verbal communication, up to executive level (GM, VP)
    Ability to work both in a structured and dynamic environment
    Demonstrated drive and enthusiasm, track record for getting things done
    Experience in working with SAP modules on planning and forecasting will be considered a plus
    Experience in improving processes, knowledge on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or Green Belt certification will be considered a plus

    Job Description
    Environment:
    HP is the largest technology solutions provider in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and worldwide. The EMEA Home Printing Solutions (HPS) Hardware category team is responsible for HP's Home and SMB Hardware printing portfolio, a $700M net revenue business for HP.
    Job Description
    In this position you will be part of the EMEA Home Printer Solutions Hardware category team, and you will work closely with the Short Term forecasters and key stakeholders across the organization (Product Managers, Business Managers) and across EMEA sub-regions to lead the long term forecast process for HPS HW. You’ll be part of a very dynamic team, responsible for defining sales strategies for home and SMB products, the largest HP market in number of units sold per year.
    The main responsibilities for this job are (but not limited):
    End to end Long Term Forecast (i.e. 18 months), including updating seasonality index, country split maintenance, quality checks implementation and monitoring (SAP-APO system job checks, SKU level forecast checks, Data flows from SAP-APO to SC system checks)
    New product set up as per upcoming NPIs
    Forecast load to the system (SAP-APO now and SAP-IBP next year), ensuring quality and accuracy
    System job checks
    Forecast accuracy analysis and reporting
    Lead/participate in improvement projects (e.g. SAP-IBP implementation)
    Continuously seek for process improvement (e.g. automation, robustness) and better data management, across HPS and OPS
    Understand OPS long term forecasting basics to team up with OPS Long Term Forecaster and back up each other
