    The Orange SOHO&SME Team is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Telesales Representative.

    What will you do:

    Identify sales opportunities for SOHO&SME segment, maintain and develop existing customers portfolio and grow acquisition of new potential customers (competition).

    High-school graduate [minimum level]
    Experience in customer relations/ sell by telephone activities
    Fluency in English
    MS Office
    Database knowledge

    Main tasks:
    to identify and asses potential business customers in SOHO/SME segment
    to achieve the number of calls in order to prospect potential customers
    to contact potential customers, evaluating their interest in company's offers and secure their agreement to meet a Business Sales Representative
    to register all the information regarding existing or potential customers in database
    to use properly all the programs and databases according to the job description
    to realize call campaigns for promoting Orange products and services ( voice and data )
    to achieve the sales lead number set as target according to the job specific
