    Requirements:






    Education: High School Diploma

    Language: English – Intermediate level - Passive, allowing e.g. use of applications/IT systems




    Experience:

    •Minimum 3y in a coordinating position

    •Organizational and planning skills, good communication skills, teamwork

    •Proficiency in MSOffice, experience in working with an ERP;

    Responsabilitati


    Main accountabilities:

    •Organizing current activities of the warehouse, team coordination

    •Receiving goods and completing documents

    •Prepares products for shipment; organizes deliveries within deadlines

    •Supervising ERP registrations

    •Participation to the periodic inventory

    •Ensures adequate storage of the goods

    •Supervises and supports team members in meeting current tasks, solves problems at warehouse level

    •Complies with internal procedures of the company
