    Qualifications:

    - Successful completion of a College degree is required
    - Capital Markets or Banking business or software experience
    - A solid understanding of how software can create value for financial institutions
    - An interest in and ability to conduct thorough industry/account research and analysis
    - Understanding of basic financial modelling (ROI)
    - Strong business writing ability and attention to detail
    - Expert level knowledge of MS PowerPoint
    - Advanced MS Excel skills a distinct advantage
    - Ability to work as a self-starter in an independent environment with limited direct supervision
    - Ability to work in a remote team environment and collaborate across lines of business
    - Ability to meet deadlines by recognising best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mind
    - Fluency in English, both verbal and written

    Travel requirements: Some travel for initial training may be required. After that, travel should be limited to <10% of total work time

    Responsibilities

    ...What will you contribute?

    The Customer Value Analyst has ownership of key activities around building and creating the necessary knowledge base that will allow the CVT and Finastra as a whole to confidently predict the ways in which our solutions will improve our customers’ businesses. The functions performed by the Customer Value Analyst are key to the success of the CVT and its ability to scale and provide the necessary support to the sales organisation.

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:

    Regional CVT Support

    - Provide support to regional CVT members on client-facing project work
    - Demonstrate valuable contributions to CVT external deliverables
    - Provide administrative support to the team when required

    ROI Tool Creation

    - Conduct internal discovery with product and business experts and from this translate feature/function level information into value statements
    - Design, build and deliver ROI calculators in MS Excel to aid business case analysis and value-based selling to the internal Finastra community
    - Ensure content is up to date and aligned with Finastra product messaging

    Client and Industry Benchmarking

    - Conduct primary and secondary research to gather all available metrics describing Finastra customer success points and benefits of using Finastra solutions
    - Conduct extensive industry research to gather independent benchmarks for validation of business improvements achievable with Finastra solutions
    - Run reports from the database to provide relevant benchmarks to CVT members to validate value statements in client-facing projects
    - Take ownership of ensuring that the CVT Client Success Metrics and Industry Benchmarks database contains up to date and relevant data

    Customer Value Team Libraries

    - Act as the central reference point for the CVT, collecting outputs from the team and ensuring that all team deliverables and analysis are made available to others for re-use.
    - Manage and maintain internal CVT libraries to improve speed, quality, and consistency of customer-facing deliverables
    - Create and maintain internal library of best practice ‘value concepts’ slides

    CVT Intranet Site

    - Manage and edit the CVT intranet site to ensure it is kept up to date
    - Take responsibility to ensure that all relevant CVT deliverables are made available to the Finastra community via Finastra Connect or the Intranet
