HR Tasks

•Deliver Induction presentations to new colleagues
•Assist employees with various enrollments
•Cards administration
•Manage departmental orders: placing orders, updating the training stock, looking for providers
•Manage “Thank you programe“ (order gifts, handing gifts)

•Update Communication pin boards with newsletters, info, recruitment flyers and other marketing Tasks
•Internal communication materials (pictures, prints, promotional materials).
•Events organization support.
