▪ University degree, master degree in Economics or Science preferred
▪ Experience in Gas and Power markets- regulatory area or Experience in Oil and Gas or Power of minimum 5 years
▪ Advanced knowledge and expertise of gas and power markets, including regulatory and competition insights
▪ Very good English proficiency
▪ Strong communication skills
▪ High social competence, team spirit and ability to adapt to different situations
▪ Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team, attention to deadlines

▪ Monitor Romanian regulatory strategies:
▪ Identifies the regulations which have to be updated in order to ensure a successful integration of the OMV Group’s
production capacity and makes reasoned proposals in that sense
▪ Actively pursue OMV Petrom’s interests during the process of issuing a new regulation by the regulator
▪ Coordinate the conclusion in due time of competent and professional Downstream Gas’s Position Papers in response to
Discussion Documents issued by Romanian Authorities
▪ Facilitate the permanent support and alignment of the Regulatory and Public Affairs Dept. actions in order to support the
Downstream Gas Division’s objectives/ priorities in the regulatory field
▪ Serve as regulatory affairs representative in divisional Project teams and actively participate to design and implement the
processes derived from national and/or external regulations
▪ Responsible for the management of documentation pertaining to the Energy Management System (EMS) of Downstream Gas
Division to ensure the maintenance of the accreditation
▪ Monitors the creation of documents, collects relevant information and supports the creation of analyses regarding the
implementation and monitoring of the implementation of EMS in Downstream Gas division
▪ Responsible to enable a common understanding of OMV Petrom entities of Downstream Gas needed regulatory development
by organizing regular alignment meetings with relevant internal stakeholders
▪ Identifies new opportunities for the future growth of the Company and actively participate in developing the reasoning from the
regulatory point of view
▪ Responsible for defining regulatory strategies and position papers in relation to the proposed, new and existing regulations
▪ Coordinates the monitoring of applicable gas and electricity regulations in order to assure the Division’s full compliance with all
the requirements of the market regulator
▪ Responsible for relations and communications with National Romanian Authorities regarding the development and corrections
of Romanian gas and electricity markets.
