    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    ― Advanced French knowledge;
    ― MS Office proficiency (Excel and Access): manipulating data, database queries, VBA and SQL;
    ― General automobile knowledge;
    ― Knowledge of invoicing and pricing systems and rules;
    ― Business Objects experience is a plus but not a selection criterion;
    ― Ability to adapt to new situations;
    ― Ability to analize complex situations;
    ― Responsibility and autonomy;
    ― Experience in working with a large number of people internationally;
    ― Experience in coordinating teams is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    ― Calculate the Corporate Recommended Retail Prices that are adapted by each entity based on local market conditions;
    ― Calculate and establish pricing rules for all of the Group’s importers as well as its subsidiaries;
    ― Calculate transfer prices towards the Group’s partners;
    ― Run profitability analyses in order to monitor the effectiveness of price promotions;
    ― Interact with the Group’s Regions and Corporate Division in order to deploy new price lists, resolve pricing anomalies and identify pricing best practices;
    ― Enrich and monitor the team’s processes and tools on all pricing related missions.
