- Professional working proficiency in English (both written and in verbal communication);
- Strong communication, negotiation, superior people skills; Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to the prospects;
- Selling over the phone skills, comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business!
- To contact the allocated clients from CRM (international clients);
- To promote and sale products and services according with the manager instructions (all kind of products and services according to the contracts concluded by the company with its clients);
- To discuss in a professional manner, ask questions to understand customer requirements, answer questions about products or the company and close sales;
- To register/update the customer information in the CRM application, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
- Actively contribute to achieving the sales targets and business objectives.
Training is provided, the working schedule is 12 - 21 each working day!
