    Requirements

    - Experienta in gestionarea proceselor de achizitie a proprietatilor
    - Bune cunostinte de operare a pachetului Microsoft Office
    - Deplasare 25% din timpul de lucru
    - Capacitatea de a interactiona pe cont propriu cu primaria si autoritatile taxelor locale.

    Responsibilities

    - Administrarea portofoliului proprietatilor detinute si inchiriate.

    - Reinoirea contractelor de leasing existente pe termen lung

    - Negocierea contractelor

    - Inregistrarea taxelor proprietatilor

    - Responsabil de plata periodica a taxelor

    - Actualizarea informatiilor proprietatilor

    - Respectarea reglementarilor legale privind utilizarea resurselor interne

    - Capacitate de coordonare a subcontractorilor (ex: topografi)
