You must have a solid academic background, ideally master on Graphic/web design, and know the Adobe suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language is preferable.

As a project manager, you master the process of graphic creation and video production

You manage a team of graphic designers, animators and video editors

You guarantee image creation and production with a strong visual identity in a time-efficient way

In constant contact with the Client you :
Lead the need qualification with client
Understand the need
create of concepts with the client
brief the designers team
follow the project until final delivery
handle unsatisfied clients
follow project performances
Identify improvement point in the design process

You guarantee an efficient image creation
Master the creative softwares
Summarise an idea into a strong image
Put a visual on ideas
Make the message even more percussive

You apply graphic guidelines creation
Respect the corporate guidelines
Insure consistency and harmony between images


You support and advise all the corporate departments in their strategies
Transform their ideas into images
Capable of taking initiative and proposing solutions

You know how to work in team on a daily basis
with the corporate departments (Communication, Digital marketing, IT, Event management, Foundation…)


You implement a reporting/cockpit to have a follow-up on project performance
weekly present the project’s ROI


You manage the group media communication plan
