    Candidatul ideal:

    Are cunostinte operare PC (pachetul MS Office), internet;
    Are cunostinte in domeniul energetic si/sau sisteme informatice de tip managementul relatiilor cu clientii - constituie avantaj;
    Este orientat catre rezolvarea de probleme;
    Orientare atat catre clientul intern, cat si catre cel extern;
    Comunicare eficienta;
    Invatare rapida;
    Spirit de echipa;
    Gestionare eficienta a timpului.

    Experienta anterioara intr-un post similar constituie un avantaj.
    Contractul este pe o perioada determinata de 1 an.

    Responsabilitati

    Activitatile principale ale "Specialistului Vanzari Magazin" constau in:

    Identificarea situatiei, analizarea si transmiterea informatiei in mod eficient si profesionist astfel incat sa se ofere cea mai buna solutie pentru nevoia clientului extern sau intern;
    Preluarea si analizarea solicitarilor si sesizarilor de la clientii externi si interni utilizand canale alternative de comunicare avute la dispozitie;
    Inregistrarea solicitarii in mod corect si complet in sistemele informatice ale companiei;
    Transmiterea raspunsului catre client, daca este cazul;
    Prelucrarea, analizarea rapoartelor/situatiilor periodice si ad-hoc, propuneri de solutii de optimizare daca este cazul;
    Participa la instruiri si respecta conditiile de sanatate si siguranta in munca, calitate si mediu;
    Promovarea de produse/servicii noi de tip VAS (value added services);
    Ofertare si incheiere contracte standard catre consumatori Small Office/Home Office.
