    -Studii medii sau superioare
    -De preferat experienta de minimum 6 luni in lucru cu clientii
    -Atitudine pozitiva in orice situatie
    -Abilitati bune de comunicare, atitudine pro-client
    -Aptitudini in utilizarea sistemelor informatice (Microsoft Office, Skype etc.);

    Responsabilitati

    Cea mai mare companie distribuitoare de energie electrica isi mareste echipa. Vom intregi echipa cu Asistenti Front-Office. Pentru ca vor deveni parte din echipa, ne vor ajuta sa prezentam clientilor produsele, avantajele acestora, termeni contractuali, precum si contractele aferente pentru a fi semnate de catre clienti/potentiali clienti.

    - relationarea cu clientii Enel / potentialii clienti Enel care vin in Punctele de contact Enel, prin abordarea directa a acestora si identificarea necesitatilor acestora
    - explicarea modului de functionare / utilizare si promovarea beneficiilor utilizarii Kiosk-ului Enel;
    - prezentarea procesului de racordare la retea si de contractare, precum si prezentarea modului de solutionare a diverselor cereri formulate de clienti.
    - prezentarea avantajelor incheierii de contracte pe Piata Libera / a activarii contractelor de servicii cu valoare adaugata;
    - inregistrarea, arhivarea si transmiterea documentelor fizice primite de la clienti sau achizitor care fac obiectul activitatii desfasurate de achizitor: cereri, documente. contracte de furnizare a energiei electrice, oferte de funizare, avize de racoradre sau amplasament, documente pentru constituirea garantiei, precum si a altor documente
    - scanarea documentelor depuse de clienti in situatia in care este necesar acest lucru
    - verificarea datelor de inregistrare ale clientilor

    Salariu net/lunar-1300 RON
    Beneficii extra salariu:
    - Abonament Medical Profesional/Clasic in cadrul unei clinicii private
    - Bonuri de masa, in functie de numarul de zile lucrate in luna respectiva
    - Decont transport in valoare de 50 lei net
    -Acces la ofertele corporate de gratuitati, reduceri si preturi preferentiale la servicii premium (fitness, dental care, eye care etc).
