As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operational management of Department and performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Very good knowledge of the services you promote;
Very good knowledge of competing services and identification of market requirements. Based on the results of the analysis, the objective of using the sales tools;
Analyzing each opportunity and proposing technical and commercial solutions with a documented offer;
Implementing the strategy and sales plan for bringing new customers. Developing innovative, competitive, fast and complex sales solutions, drafting contracts. Developing offers, negotiating and signing new contracts;
Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of clients and partners (internal / external) and developing a partner network;
Ensure the complete operation of all departments belonging to the Operations Department (Operations - Contracts Administration, Payments, Reception and Mail, Archives);
Work in conjunction with the General Manager to actively manage key company issues;
Optimization of each operational process within the Operations Department and within the company;
Monitoring and improving performance indicators in the Operations Department;
Periodic analysis of the effectiveness of each project and proposing measures to improve the results;
Managing budgets correctly;
Generate periodic reports and send them to qualified persons;
Maintaining the relationship with the company's employees; Sending reports to them regularly weekly and / or monthly;
Ensure communication to the highest standards of professionalism and politeness synchronizing team work with department collection strategy.
To successfully fill this role, you must have the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Proven managerial skills in a similar position;
Strong commercial acumen with experience in Debt Collection;
The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development;
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results;
In-depth knowledge of Debt Collection;
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets;
Accountable and resilient;
Ability to work under pressure.
