    Responsibilities

    Professional and efficient handling of customer requests by phone or e-mail
    Checking the validity of issues or complaints and suggesting adequate solutions
    Forwarding/escalation of critical customer requests/complaints to supervisors or specialists and reporting back to customers on how the inquiry/complaint has been solved
    Corresponding with customers in a friendly way ensuring a high customer satisfaction
    Providing context specific information and advice to customers according to internal guidelines and policies
    Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications
    Sharing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other persons nominated as well as helping to improve the overall service quality of the team
    Coordination with other departments from partner entities in different countries
    Attentive and active participation in training courses offered by the company
    Following instructions of the team leader or management of the company
