ASM/Site Engineer Roads

• Min. 3 years of experience in constructions, on site
• Previous experience in sales (any field)
• University degree in Constructions - Roads, Bridges and Railways Construction Engineering
• Self-management, excellent organizing and planning skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Project management capabilities
• Initiative, proactivity, out of the box thinking
• Eager to go the extra mile and to further develop
• Enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful
• Fluent in English and computer proficiency.

• Consolidate and extend the existent key customers portfolio and influencers network acting in Infrastructure, in order to increase the sales volumes for Cement, Special Binders, Aggregates and Concrete, through integrated projects
• Identify key projects, construction companies, stakeholders and competitors
• Analyze and prioritize all projects Mapping and assessment of all potential local / national suppliers of aggregates, concrete and mobile equipment’s, closing partnerships in scope of reinforcing our offer for integrated projects
• Develop integrated offers for each project, negotiate, close and run supplying contracts
• Responsible for the P&L of the projects, promote and optimize the product portfolio and services provided to the KA customers
• Collaborate close with Technical Center and Marketing for innovation and implement innovative solution to secure utilization of our products and solution.
