    Cerinte

    EBC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team.

    Working closely with the CEO, he/she will drive new business development, devise and execute marketing and communication campaigns and provide the Sales team with the strategy and the support to manage existing customers.

    This role is about evaluating the market, the products and services mix, the pricing and discounting strategy and to set the direction for clear and profitable sales growth.

    - Previous Sales / Marketing experience
    - Creative, dynamic with a high level of business acumen and initiative
    - Excellent project management and organisational Skills
    - Excellent Data Analysis Skills
    - Marketing Qualification – Degree or Professional Diploma or higher
    - Experience using MS Excel Software for Data Analysis (Pivot, What-if Analysis, Analysis ToolPak)
    - Fluent in English – French is welcome

    Responsabilitati

    - Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
    - Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
    - Identification and development of opportunities with existing customers
    - Developing and implementing a communication plan to address existing and potential new customers considering all forms of media
    - Review, identification and participation to events and exhibitions
    - Market research to guide future strategy – product development, service enhancement, pricing and discount policies, sales campaigns
    - Define and manage the company’s marketing budget.
    - Define Customer Service initiatives aimed to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention and support the Sales Department in its implementation.
