• interest in Advertising/Communication/Marketing
• good command of in English language
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• very good oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• very good organization and project management skills

• Answers telephones, e-mail & fax promptly and courteously, and offers information.
• Takes accurate calls and messages and directs them to the appropriate person.
• Greets visitors, provides information and guides them toward meeting rooms or to the appropriate person.
• Keeps accurate track of meeting rooms, driver appointments and maintains the office calendar.
• Ensures protocol services when needed in meetings held in-house.
• Handles correspondence delivery & pickup and distributes correspondence & press.
• Handles stationery and orders for supplies.
• Oversees the smooth running of office activities.
• Provides support for all departments and helps co-workers in administrative related issues.
