    Requirements

    - 5+ years of experience in HR;
    - University degree in Psychology or other formal education in the field of HR;
    - Excellent organizational skills;
    - Open-minded, proactive and self-driven;
    - Able to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input;
    - Independent thinker and with a result driven attitude;
    - Excellent verbal and communication skills;
    - Excellent knowledge of English;

    Responsibilities

    - Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted;
    - Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels;
    - Hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement;
    - Maintain and develop leading edge HR systems and processes to address the effective management of people in relation to the following, in order to maintain competitive advantage for:
    a) performance management;
    b) staff induction;
    c) reward and recognition;
    d) staff retention;
    e) management development / career development;
    f) succession planning;
    - Facilitate / support the development of the Team members;
    - Facilitate development of staff with special focus on Line Management;
    - Recommend and ensure implementation of Strategic directions for people development within the organization;
    - Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development;
    - Ability to influence employees, managers and leaders through effective verbal and written communication as well as coach them on employment and personnel issues;
    - Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the companies policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation;
    - Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource polices and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company’s objectives;
