University Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field of study
Leadership experience and autonomy
Experience in automotive feature development life cycle using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow based modeling
Embedded systems experience would be a strong asset
English proficiency; French would be an asset
Confident and good communication skills

Leadership, co-ordination and planning of activities for the development of model-based software components in the automotive industry
Define the team organization and allocate team members on different projects
Train, develop & motivate team members to achieve their professional goals & review their accomplishments
Monitor progress & achievements on projects.
Provide regular reports on development & support activitiesProvide leadership for the team to meet its short and long term goal
