Requirements:

•Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelor's degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge).


•Advanced knowledge in PC standard interfaces.


•Advanced knowledge of object oriented programming, including understanding specific software development structures.


•Knowledge in (Unit Testing), processing and documentation of test plans.


•Advanced knowledge in Windows concepts (multi-threading, security).


•Experience in Technologies/Programming languages recommended:


•C/C++ (MFC), C# (.NET) and latest versions of .NET Frameworks (2.0 up to 4.5).


•Good English language skills.


•Process-oriented thinking, analytical skills, willingness to learn, flexibility.

Responsibilities:



•Creates software in the form of specific test systems application, through which is assured the link between the electronic modules created by the hardware development team and the PCs. This ensures the transmission of the commands to the respective electronic modules, as well as to the other Dräxlmaier computer applications, including databases.


•Realize computer programs according with some pre-defined specifications and assembly them in relevant systems including test in order to be in conformity with the specifiations.


•Participate at implementation of quality demands.


•Assure compliance with industrial safety guidelines in his/her area of responsibility.


•Assure compliance with all regulations according to the current status of technology, in his/her area of responsibility.


•Prepare and send software to the plants/Production/Testing.


•Participate at the development and optimization of new oriented future software components.


•Create software; provide services according to the technical requirements of the customer administrative units.


•Document, manage and archive software (e.g. in SVN, PTC Integrity, etc.).


•Analyze and solve problems regarding software (e.g. for the software function tests in the outside plants, in case of customer complaints, operation and testing of software modules, etc.).


•Prepare presentations.


•Create specific documentation for the developed software applications.


•Every single worker has to work according to his personnel and professional training and to the instructions of his employer in order to not expose himself to the risk of injury or occupational disease or to expose other persons that can be affected by his acts or omissions during the work process.
