RECEPTIONIST (with English skills)

As a receptionist you will act as our ambassador, helping us to create the first impression to our guests, clients and new colleagues.
You will be THE ONE we need if you are/ have:
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate or advance in English (spoken and written)
- Organized, team player
- Problem solving ability
- Good PC operation skills
- Fast adaptability
And, not in the end, if you are someone who likes helping others
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Helping our colleagues, clients and guests with directions and any appropriate information that they need
- Offering Support for all departments ( IT, HR, Sales)
- Performing different front desk duties including collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondence and other documents
- answering phone calls and re-directing calls to relevant departments
- Other administrative tasks
