    If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we would like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales objectives.

    • Bachelor degree in marketing, management, business administration, computer science or technical disciplines is preferred;
    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in a sales role OR similar role is required;
    • Up to 1 year previous sales experience in the IT industry is required;
    • A good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses;
    • IT service/product delivery experience is strongly preferred;
    • IT service/product understanding - required
    • Cloud product/service understanding - required
    • Basic data management understanding - preferred
    • Lead generation skills with emphasis on hunting and new deal generation;
    • Basic business analysis skills - preferred;
    • Able to do both transactional and consultancy sales;

    Responsabilitati

    Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Manager also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Support and Product Portfolio Management and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel in the future.


    • Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
    • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of IT product's systems and processes and then documenting them;
    • Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
    • Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits;
    • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery and implementation of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
    • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software and hardware systems and peripherals;
    • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology;
    • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale;
    • Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts;
    • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets;
    • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
    • Handle hardware or software problems and faults and refer on to specialist technical colleagues;
    • Responding to tender documents, write proposals, reports and supporting literature;
    • Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
    • Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues
