- Higher education (preferably economic studies)
- Experience In FMCG multinational companies is a plus
- Experience in doing analysis will represent an advantage
- Good computer skills, use of MS Office package (Excel advanced knowledge)
- High English level; Basic knowledge about financial reporting
- Commercial knowledge; Good analytic skills; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ownership, proactivity

- Analyses and identifies the category development opportunities in the market and proposes specific actions to achieve company’s objectives
- Analyses the market and consumers, continuously monitors the activity of the competition in order to make recommendations when appropriate.
- Manages the promotional packs and/or innovations dedicated to each channel
- Proposes standards for merchandising in accordance with the company's strategy and objectives
- Involved in CATMAN projects
- Involved in the construction of the annual operational plan
