    In Romania, Deutsche Telekom has set up a Shared Service Center in Bucharest & Timisoara - Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), which delivers support function services such as HR, Accounting, Reporting and Finance, as well as IT support services for these lines of business, for the whole European Deutsche Telekom footprint since July 2013.

    Cerinte

    • At least three years of expertise and proven experience in international process management of operations in a multinational company- shared service organization
    • University degree in the field of business administration or information technology
    • Good process-workflow- and technical understanding (preferably in HR processes)
    • Good organizational skills, to schedule processes, monitor resources, and log issues
    • Technical skills and software development experience are advantageous in the following application:
    o Macro or VBA script creation
    o SAP experience/ABAP
    o PHP, SQL
    o HTML
    • Proven experience in collaboration with international management and international teams
    • Capacity to work in an environment where priorities and requirements towards employees and teams changes frequently
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and structured thinking
    • Excellent command of English language in business environment (spoken & written)
    • Good knowledge of German language preferable (spoken & written)
    • Hands-on mentality
    • Happy to work self-dependent as well as in a intercultural team
    • Willingness and ability to travel

    Responsabilitati

    • Develop and coordinate solutions and regulations for process optimization with focus on automation by software robots
    • Basic understanding of HR processes with focus on technical implementation
    • Verification of the technical realization of previously identified automation potentials
    • Technical evaluation of the functional design (click instruction) in close cooperation with the process managers of the individual departments
    • Collaborates with the Project Team FEA@HTR to support the departments in creation of the Functional Designs
    • Development of software robots based on previously created click instructions. Developing on Blue Prism Platform includes the following activities
    o Process and object modeling
    o Functional tests within the development
    o System Integration Tests
    o Acceptation Handling/Error Management
