    - cunostiinte de operare pe calculator (Windows, MS Office)
    - engleza - nivel mediu spre foarte bun;
    - studii medii ( minim diploma de BAC )

    Responsabilitati

    Primire clienti cu profesionalism si amabilitate;
    Intampinarea vizitatorilor companiei si directionarea persoanelor catre destinatia corecta;
    Preluare/initiere apeluri si mesaje telefonice, fax-uri si e-mail-uri;
    Preluarea, inregistrarea si arhivarea corespondentei si a mesajelor primite din partea partenerilor, clientilor;
    Primire/trimitere corespondenta (posta, curier rapid etc.);
    Preluarea si transmiterea mesajelor catre angajați;
    Monitorizarea fluxului angajatilor la intrarea si iesirea din cladirea sediului;
    Asigurarea de suport general administrativ pentru personalul companiei;
    Mentinerea ordinii si organizarii de birou a zonei de receptie.
