    As Senior Recruiter, you will run the recruitment process from start to finish, including working with hiring managers to define required skill sets, source and screen candidates, negotiate offers, and close recruitment cycle, across all functions and different seniority levels.


    University degree;
    Ms. Office proficient;
    3-5 years of experience in diverse recruitment projects;
    Proven track of covering complex recruitment projects;
    Advanced knowledge of English;
    High degree of autonomy;
    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
    Highly organized and result oriented person;
    Critical, creative and solution oriented thinking;
    Detail oriented, flexible and persuasive person;
    Ability to work and interact with all levels of employees without direct supervision;
    Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsible of the recruitment process for all the openings in his area of responsibility;
    Defining and executing recruitment strategies;
    Creating and placing internal and external job announcements;
    Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the hiring manager;
    Extending offers of employment to selected candidates;
    Performing direct candidates sourcing and head-hunting;
    Using a large variety of sourcing techniques when performing direct search for potential candidates;
    Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates;
    Conducting pre-interviews and interviews (telephonic /face-to-face);
    Creating and implementing new and effective sourcing strategies for finding candidates through both traditional and non-traditional methods of recruiting, including: internet sourcing, direct recruiting, advertisements, networking, social media and career fairs;
    Responsible for the implementation and analysis of employee satisfaction surveys/interdepartmental evaluation/direct superior feedback or other surveys conducted by HR department;
    Creating interview and position reports, for each candidate in the recruitment process and other reports and statistics required by direct superior;
    Providing feedback to the candidates who will not receive a job offer;
    Analyzing and proposing new recruitment trends, according to the market;
    Organize and conduct internally Assessment Centers for different positions.
