    Responsabilitati

    Gestionarea interactiunii cu clientii: primirea/efectuarea de apeluri, e-mailuri
    Inregistrarea interactiunii cu clientul in aplicatia existenta
    Solutionarea solicitarilor transmise de catre clienti pe proiecte
    Furnizarea de informatii la cerererea apelantilor in limita competentelor
    Inregistrarea cererilor acestora si directionarea acestora catre cei in masura a le solutiona
    Urmarirea solutionarii cererilor cu informarea apelantului si inchiderea in aplicatie.
