The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a good eye for design and details. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do attitude’ who can help us to contribute to design by following best practice standards and techniques.

Also, the ideal candidate will communicate with various international teams and should be a good communicator. Moreover he/she will need to manage multiple projects and set priorities with the responsible manager.

-Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop;
-Knowledge of layout, typography, print specifications and good design standards for web applications;
-Thorough understanding of front end technologies and the ability to create quality user experience designs and apply them using HTML5, CSS3;
-Experience in creating UX designs;
-Advanced English skills, German/French would be a plus;
-Nice to have: JavaScript, JQuery;
-Availability to travel in Europe occasionally;
-Video editing, animations;

As a member of the firmwide Marketing Team your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Design of collaterals, layouts;
-Create visual elements for mobile applications and for our website;
-Create internal communication templates and images: team messages headers, newsletters (email headers, banners, design elements for newsletters);
-Design flyers, brochures for HR/Recruitment team;
-Design interactive PDFs, Infographics;
-Design PowerPoint Presentations;
-Support and integrate visuals for Facebook and our Social Media channels;
-From time to time you might develop internal videos with basic design elements.

You will have plenty of opportunities to be creative and implement your own ideas (within our brand guidelines) and work as well with our templates.
